Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

USPS

All products are shipped in a manner where in there is at least 1 barrier between the finished item and the interior of the shipping container.  For example, fabric is placed in a plastic bag before being placed in the shipping bag. 

Finished quilts are sent via priority mail which include up to $100 of insurance.  If you wish to purchase more insurance for package, let me know! 

 

Returns: 

Returns on fabric and finished items are not accepted.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact us right away!
